Every once in a while I like to turn to my kitchen pantry for all the essential ingredients I need to nourish my skin. Today I went with a brightening mask, which also has acne fighting properties. I used my beloved manuka honey, along with turmeric (also known as “haldi“) and yoghurt to make this mask. It can be used on the face and all over the body as well. Just a warning though if you do plan to use it as a body mask- it will get messy!
one tablespoon yoghurt
one tablespoon manuka honey
one teaspoon turmeric
Benefits of turmeric: reduces redness, inflammation, blemishes, evens skin tone and brightens complexion while fighting wrinkles
