As if a peanut butter cookie couldn’t get any better or a miniature peanut butter cup couldn’t get any better, put the two together and you’re in for a real treat. These are decadent, pack an intense flavor punch and most importantly super easy to make! Imagine a soft peanut buttery cookie bite combined with the chocolatey sweet and saltiness of that peanut butter cup. I don’t think there’s a better combo, is there?
I used the peanut butter cookie recipe from smitten kitchen. Once the cookies are done, simply take them out of the oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup inside each cookie. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes in the muffin tins before scooping out and placing on a cooling rack.
These are so good I bet you can’t have just one. I can’t wait to make them for my nephews:) I have a feeling they’ll be a big hit!!
