This is yet another wonderful recipe I tried from Indian for everyone by Anupy Singla. This dish is simple yet flavorful (and a childhood favorite of mine), with just the right amount of kick. I added paneer (cheese) to it to make it a bit more substantial. Next time, I may add some water to give it more of a gravy texture. The dry version is great to have with naan or roti, while the gravy one is nice with some basmati rice. Another great recipe from an amazing cookbook!
